Amending or Cancelling Your Order

Need to make a change? The sooner you contact us the better. Here is what we can and cannot do depending on where your order is in the process.

Act quickly - it makes all the difference

We can make changes to your order providing it has not yet entered processing. Once processing has begun we are unable to make amendments. Please contact us as soon as possible - phone is the fastest way to reach us and time is often critical.

What can be changed

Whether we can help depends on where your order is in the process.

Cancelling your order

The same rule applies to cancellations - contact us before processing and we can stop it. After despatch, you are welcome to return the order once it arrives.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Please see our returns policy for full details of how to exercise this right.

If the amendment changes the price

We will always handle any difference in cost fairly and transparently.

We will send you an invoice with a link to make a secure payment through our website. Your order will be updated once the additional payment is received.

➖ If the amended order costs less

We will refund the difference to your original payment method.

How do I know if my order is already being processed?
The fastest way is to call us - we can check the status of your order straight away. If you have received a despatch notification your order has already left us and we will be unable to make changes.
I ordered the wrong product - what should I do?
If your order has not yet entered processing, call us as soon as possible and we can swap it for the right one. If it has already been despatched, this would be handled as a return - please see our returns policy for how to send it back and place a new order.
I need to change my delivery address - is that possible?
Address changes are time sensitive. Contact us as soon as possible before despatch and we will do our best to update your delivery details. Once your order has been despatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Please note that for security and fraud prevention purposes we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Can I change my order if I paid with Novuna finance?
Please contact us to discuss - finance orders may have additional considerations and we will advise you on the best course of action depending on the circumstances.
Can I cancel a Horn furniture order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a Horn furniture order. As these are delivered directly by Horn UK, cancellation may be subject to different terms depending on the stage of the order.
I need to change my order urgently - what is the best way to contact you?
