Found one of our sewing machines cheaper elsewhere? We'll do our best to match the price. This applies to UK retailers selling the same machine brand new and in stock. While we can't always guarantee a match, we'll always look into it and do what we can.

Which retailers are included in your low price promise?

We'll do our best to match UK retailers selling the same machine brand new and in stock. Amazon and eBay are excluded, and while we can't always guarantee a match we'll always look into it. For full details please see our Low Price Promise terms.

How do I submit a price match request?

Simply contact us with the details of where you've seen the lower price and we'll look into it for you.

How do I find out about current offers and promotions?

The best ways are to sign up to our newsletter or keep an eye on our website. We also feature a Deal of the Week with a new offer every week.

Can I use a discount code on an already reduced item?

Please contact us if you have a query about a specific code or promotion and we'll be happy to clarify.

How do I claim a Price Promise refund?

If a machine you have purchased from us is reduced in price or offered with a free item within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, simply submit your claim via our contact form within 14 calendar days of your purchase date (e.g. if purchased on the 1st, your deadline is the 14th). If you paid using finance, the difference will be issued as store credit rather than a refund. The Price Promise excludes opened boxes, customer returns, ex-display and ex-demonstration models and applies to price reductions by The Sewing Studio Ltd only.
