How to order an e-gift card
Visit our e-gift card page and follow these simple steps.
- Choose your value - from £5 to £200
- Enter the recipient's email address, or your own if you'd prefer to forward or print it yourself
- Add a personal message to make it feel special
- Choose to send it straight away or schedule it for a specific date and time - handy for birthdays and special occasions
How the gift card is delivered
Gift cards are delivered digitally - no waiting for the post.
- The gift card is sent directly to the recipient's inbox at the time you choose
- They receive their unique code ready to use straight away
- Enter your own email address at checkout
- Print it at home or forward it on when you're ready
- Useful if you'd like to wrap it or present it in person
How to redeem your gift card
Redeeming is straightforward - online or in our store.
Online
Add your items to your basket, then at checkout enter the gift card code from your email and click Apply. You can combine it with another payment method if your order total is higher than the card value.
In store
Present the gift card email at the till in our physical store and a member of the team will redeem it for you.
Where and what you can buy
Gift cards work across our full range, with one exception.
- Redeemable on any product on our website or in our store
- Use online at checkout or present the email in store
- Can be combined with other payment methods if needed
Gift cards cannot currently be used in conjunction with Novuna Personal Finance. If you are purchasing a machine on finance, an alternative payment method will be needed.
Using your balance
You don't have to spend your gift card in one go - here's how the balance works.
- You can spend part of your gift card, any remaining balance stays on the card for a future purchase
- If your order total is more than the card value, redeem the gift card first and pay the remaining balance with another payment method
- You can redeem more than one gift card in a single transaction
- Simply enter the first code and click Applythen enter the next code and click Apply repeat until all cards are redeemed
Expiry
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will expire at the end of this period.
Returns & refunds
If you return something bought with a gift card, here's what happens to your refund.
- Refunds for purchases made with a gift card are returned to the same gift card
- If you made a part payment - some by gift card and some by another method - the refund goes back to the gift card first, up to the original gift card amount, with any remainder returned to the other payment method
