Free weekday delivery
All sewing machines to a UK Mainland addresses come with free weekday tracked delivery included.
Free weekend delivery
Saturday and Sunday delivery is free for machines over ยฃ300 - a great option if you want your machine for the weekend.
Large machine pallet delivery
Brother VR, PR1X, PR680W, PR1055 and PR1060W are delivered on pallets with a pre-arranged weekday delivery slot.
Gift packaging
Machines are shipped in branded packaging. If you'd like plain packaging for a gift, just let us know when you order.
Remote & hard-to-reach areas
Some locations take a little longer. Here is a guide to approximate delivery times for areas outside UK Mainland.

Secure delivery & tracking
Every order is tracked. All machines (except pallet deliveries) and high value orders are sent with a secure PIN code for your protection.
Secure PIN code delivery
All machines (except large pallet deliveries) and high value orders are sent with a unique PIN code. The PIN is sent to the email address or mobile number you provide at checkout - please make sure these details are correct.
Do not share your PIN with anyone. Once the PIN is used and delivery confirmed, your order will be considered successfully delivered.
Tracking your order
You will receive your tracking number by email and/or text once your order has been despatched. For courier deliveries you can track your parcel in real time:

International orders
We ship to a selection of international destinations via Royal Mail Tracked Services. Costs depend on size, weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.
๐ช Horn furniture delivery
Horn cabinets and tables have their own dedicated delivery service. How your order is delivered depends on whether it is a fully assembled or self-assembly cabinet - the expected lead time is shown on the product page when you order.
Fully assembled cabinets
Delivered by Horn UK using their own drivers and vehicles, typically within a 4-5 week timescale. Once your order is ready, Horn will contact you at least 3 days before delivery and provide a 3-hour delivery window.
If you need a faster 7โ10 day delivery from available stock, contact Horn directly - this is available at additional cost, though installation will not be included.
Self-assembly cabinets
Self-assembly Horn cabinets are delivered by courier, in the same way as other products we sell. Delivery timescales and costs are shown at checkout.

Staircase, installation & other delivery notes
Upstairs delivery: Horn drivers work alone, so carrying cabinets up internal staircases is at the driver's discretion. If you need upstairs delivery, email photographs of your staircase to [email protected] in advance and they will confirm whether it is possible. Please note that Horn will not remove a cabinet from its box to carry it upstairs, and staircases must be free of obstruction. The Super Q Mk2, Super Q and Maxi Hobby Table may not be carried upstairs due to their size - call Horn on +44 01793 834304 when ordering to discuss.
White glove & assembly service: Horn offers a premium delivery service that includes assembly and placement. Contact Horn for a quote.
Damaged on arrival: If your cabinet arrives damaged, contact Horn within 48 hours with photographs and they will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Collection: Collection from Horn's warehouse is available - arrange this in advance by contacting Horn directly at [email protected].
